Items must be in the new and original condition as purchased, unwashed, and with all labels and swing tags attached. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box (if supplied boxed).
Any items with odours, deodorant, make-up stains, or any other markings will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your expense. If your return does not meet the above-stated conditions for return will not be refunded.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on underwear and swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid partly by Gift Card, the Gift Card will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used. Refunds are processed within 5 days of your return being delivered back to our warehouse.
Please note it may take 7-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
During sale or peak times your refund could take longer and it may also take longer to show on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
When can I make a return request?
You can make a return request for one or more products within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Joy4Luxury is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
How should I prepare the package with my return?
Place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.
